Private Pay Fee: $125 for a 45-55 minute session

We partner with Headway as a third party biller to network with the following insurance companies:

• Atena
• Cigna
• United Health Care
• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas
• Oscar Health

If you are using health insurance from an above partnered insurance network, you will receive an email from Headway to complete their forms for insurance and payment information. Headway will verify your benefits, usually in 24-48 hours, and through their portal you will be able to see invoices for services provided, your copay or coinsurance amounts, your deductible, and other insurance information related to payment.

If you are moving forward with private pay or out of network insurance, then you will be billed through Simple Practice and receive a super bill for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

An important note – all payment information and insurance must be sumbited and verified before the initial session.
